Field Sales Engineer

Job Description

Reporting to the CEO & to Director of Marketing and Sales he/she is responsible for developing sales and maintaining a high level business relationship with the customers that he/she is in charge of.


  • Identifying potential markets and customers
  • Competitors benchmark


  • He/she is responsible for his/her customers portfolio from prospection, negotiation to closing
  • He/she coordinates and manages the commercial actions in order to develop sales and to encourage customer's loyalty.

Technical assistance

Based on his/her knowledge of customer needs and technical requirements, and his/her understanding of customers' need

  • supporates to the contract review and supports the sales assistant

Marketing and Sales plan

He/she is responsible for setting up an annual marketing and sales plan.


He/she will be responsible for collecting commercial and marketing intelligence and will issue on purpose or periodic reports.

Skills and profile

English, Norwegian (obligatory), Swedish.
Knowledge of the Russian language is very welcome.
Mechanical or metallurgical engineer, marketing managing graduated is very welcome.
Ideally the applicant has a successful previous experience in a similar position in the metal or alike industry.
However the position is open to young graduated with good potential.

  • Mobility as the job will require business trip across Scandinavia one — three times a month (8 to 15 working days abroad).

Sometimes a year will be necessary to visit a production facility — VSMPO Titan Ukraine Ltd. in Nikopol (Ukraine)
